1. General Provisions
This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of individuals (hereinafter, "Users") in connection with the use of the voice-pa.com website (hereinafter, the "Website") and has been drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (Russian personal data protection law).
The Controller processes Users' personal data for the purposes set out in this Policy, on the basis of the User's consent and other legal grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
By using the Website and submitting their data through the Website's forms, the User confirms their acceptance of the terms of this Policy.
2. Data We Process
The Controller processes personal data that the User provides voluntarily when filling out forms on the Website (in particular, the invoice request form):
- name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- the content of the inquiry (information about products and requirements specified by the User).
In addition, when the Website is visited, anonymized technical data may be collected automatically by web analytics services (cookies, IP address, browser and device information, referral source, on-site activity). See Section 8.
3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- handling Users' requests and inquiries, preparing quotations and invoices;
- contacting the User at their request;
- performing contracts and related obligations;
- improving the Website and analyzing its usage (in anonymized form).
4. Legal Grounds for Processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of: the User's consent to the processing of their personal data; Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"; and contracts concluded between the Controller and the User (including for the purpose of acting on the User's request).
5. Processing Procedure and Conditions
Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automated means and includes: collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
The Controller does not make decisions that produce legal effects concerning the User based solely on the automated processing of their personal data.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Controller does not sell or disclose personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation and where it is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing. The Website is hosted on the Tilda Publishing platform (Tilda Publishing LLC), which acts as a data processor on behalf of the Controller and provides storage and technical processing of the data.
The Controller does not carry out cross-border transfers of personal data.
7. Processing and Retention Periods
Personal data is processed until the purposes of processing have been achieved, until the User withdraws their consent, or for the periods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Once the purposes have been achieved or consent has been withdrawn, the data is subject to deletion or anonymization, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Cookies and Web Analytics
The Website uses cookies and web analytics systems (including Yandex.Metrica) to collect anonymized statistics on Website traffic and User behavior. The User may restrict the use of cookies in their browser settings; this may affect the operation of certain Website features.
9. Rights of the Data Subject
The User has the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
- request that their data be corrected, blocked, or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or processed in violation of the law;
- withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data;
- appeal against the Controller's actions to the competent personal data protection authority (Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection regulator) or in court.
To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent, the User should send a request by email to info@voice-pa.com.
10. Personal Data Protection Measures
The Controller takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, or dissemination, as well as against other unlawful actions.
11. Changes to This Policy
The Controller may amend this Policy. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website, unless the new version provides otherwise. The current version is always available at the location of this document.
