Horn Loudspeakers for Outdoor Voice Alarm
VPA-R horn loudspeakers are the backbone of outdoor public address, talkback and paging systems. A sealed enclosure with an IP66 rating keeps them working in any weather: driving rain, snowfall and a temperature range from −40 °C to +60 °C. Seven models from 30 to 300 W cover everything from point announcements at a gatehouse to sounding long stretches of motorway.

Dust and water protection: IP66
IP66 means complete protection against dust (the first digit 6) and protection against powerful water jets (the second digit 6). The enclosure of every VPA-R model is made of UV-stable engineering ABS — it does not fade in the sun or crack in the frost. The rated service life in an outdoor installation is at least 10 years.
Where they are used
Horn loudspeakers are in demand wherever ordinary wall or ceiling models cannot deliver the required sound pressure level or withstand the operating conditions: school and kindergarten yards, shopping-centre car parks, the perimeters of warehouse complexes and logistics parks, production shops with high background noise, open platforms at transport hubs, leisure parks and stadiums.
