Design and operating principle
Drivers — LF: 5″ with an 80 mm magnet and 25 mm voice coil, plus HF: an 80 mm compression driver with a 25 mm voice coil. The horn shapes a directional output and delivers high sensitivity of 112 dB; SPL is 132 dB continuous / 135 dB peak. Frequency range is 120 Hz – 16 kHz.
The enclosure is impact-resistant ABS plastic. An IP66 ingress protection rating and an operating temperature range of −40 °C to +70 °C are engineered for year-round outdoor operation. Effective announcement range is up to 100 m, STIPA speech intelligibility index 0.8, and wind resistance ≥ 12 on the Beaufort scale.
