Where to get the data sheet, the user manual and the wiring diagram for VPA public address and voice announcement equipment: what is published on the product pages, and what is sent on request.

The four kinds of equipment documents

There are four document types, and each answers a different question — at goods acceptance one cannot stand in for another.

It helps to separate product-level documents from project-level ones: the data sheet, the manual and the proof of conformity come from the supplier, while the design drawings, as-built diagrams and commissioning records for the site are produced by the licensed engineering company.

Where to look, by product line. User manuals are not published on the site — we email them on request; in the rows marked "on request" the link opens a pre-filled message.

The product data sheet ships with every line item. There are deliberately no direct links to manual files — so that an outdated revision never goes out; we email the current one within one business day.

Certificates of conformity and warranty

VPA equipment is certified to EAEU requirements. Two points are worth knowing before you build the document package for a tender or for goods acceptance:

• the form of the proof of conformity — a declaration of conformity or a certificate — depends on the product type and on the technical regulation that applies to it;
• the document is issued per specific item of the specification, so tell us the exact models and quantities rather than asking for "the certificate for VPA";
• the warranty is 24 months, and the declared service life is not less than 10 years; the warranty terms are stated in the data sheet that ships with the goods.

Scans of conformity documents are not published on the site: they are issued against a specific delivery, so we send the copy that matches your order.

What is not published, and how to get it

User manuals, scans of the EAEU proofs of conformity and data sheets for a specific batch are not published — all of these are sent on request to info@voicepa.ru or through the form on the contacts page. To avoid a second round of emails, please state:

• model and quantity — exactly as in your specification, for example "VPA-MK 50 — 2 pcs";
• which documents you need: user manual, product data sheet, EAEU proof of conformity;
• what for — design, tender, goods acceptance or operation: the format we issue depends on it;
• the deadline, and your company details if the documents have to come on a letterhead.

Frequently asked questions
