Design and operating principle
The unit is a ceiling loudspeaker for 70/100V PA lines. The driver is a 3″ full-range unit. The line signal is fed to a built-in matching transformer with 3/6 W power taps; a low-impedance input (8 Ω, 10 W RMS) allows direct connection to an amplifier output. Frequency range is 100 Hz – 16 kHz, sound pressure level 105 dB (continuous) / 111 dB (peak).
Installation is flush-mount into a suspended ceiling using an Ø 85 mm cutout. Housing color is white. IP44 ingress protection and an operating temperature range of −25 °C to +55 °C allow use in unheated and damp areas.
