Design and operating principle
The unit is a single-chassis PA amplifier with independent control of six zones. The signals from four microphone inputs (MIC1–4, with independent +48 V phantom power) and two line inputs are mixed, pass through level and tone control stages (±10 dB at low and high frequencies), and are delivered through the output matching transformer to 70/100 V lines or a low-impedance 4–16 Ω load. The priority EMC input is intended for emergency voice alarm; when the microphone is active, background music is ducked automatically. The built-in media player offers USB / SD / Bluetooth / FM tuner with an LCD display.
Power is AC 110/230 V (60/50 Hz) with a backup DC 24 V input: voice alarm keeps running if the mains fails. The remote paging console VPA-MC6 (included) gives the operator zone selection and announcement broadcasting from the workstation. Built-in protection covers output short circuit, overload, and overheating.
